Why Power Concentration per floor is visible but not absolute

Current community explanations describe Power Concentration as a budget used to field enemy teams and equipment. Dividing by floors creates a useful comparison between contracts, but it does not reveal exact placement, team composition, reinforcement behavior, mixed factions, or every generated room.

The tool therefore shows both the number and its contribution. The 1000-per-floor area is treated as a preparation threshold drawn from current community experience, not a line where the game switches to a guaranteed enemy count. Compare the value with missions from the same campaign and patch.

Use the briefing in four passes

  1. 01

    Copy the contract signals

Enter the enemy-side Power Concentration, floors, skulls, Technology, objective, and Quasimorphosis condition from the current interfaces.

  2. 02

    Describe the real loadout

Count only damage channels, armor, supplies, and replacement equipment that are already available; do not score a planned item you cannot deploy.

  3. 03

    Reduce the largest factor

A lower-risk contract, second damage channel, relevant armor, more supplies, or a replaceable kit is more valuable than arguing with the final number.

  4. 04

    Write the abort condition

Keep the displayed extraction rules visible during the mission and leave when the carried value exceeds the remaining objective value.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is this an official Quasimorph difficulty calculator?

No. It is an independent, transparent planning heuristic. Every contribution is shown, and Power Concentration per floor is explicitly labeled as community guidance rather than an official spawn formula.

Why can a one-skull mission still receive Caution or Delay?

Skulls are only one input. Enemy Technology, Power Concentration per floor, objective, Quasimorphosis, damage and armor coverage, supplies, and the value at risk can outweigh a low badge.

Does the tool save my campaign?

Not in this first phase. The briefing can be shared in the URL, while persistent ship upgrades, materials, equipment, factions, and goals belong to the planned My Campaign phase.
